  • What is the condition of the item?
    Condition of item is included in the individual item listing. Any flaws will be clearly noted. Please also refer to the photos in each listing.

Postage

  • How long will it take to get my item?
    Items are generally posted within 24 hours of purchase. You will be notified when your item has been posted. Delivery times are up to Australia Post and/or the postal service in your country.
  • Where do you post from?
    Items are posted from Perth, Western Australia.
  • Do you offer international postage?
    Yes, we post internationally.
  • What countries do you post to?
    We currently post to all countries.
  • How much does it cost to post to my country?
    We offer FREE postage, worldwide.

Combined Postage

  • Is there a postage discount if I buy more than one item?
    As we offer FREE postage, there is no postage discount for additional items. Just pay for each item, and items going to the same name and address will be sent together.

Make And Offer

  • How do I make an offer?
    For items where you can make an offer, usually items over $20, just use the form at the bottom of the listing. This will send an email to us for consideration. We will let you know when we have reviewed your offer.

Payment

  • How do I pay for my purchase?
    PayPal is our preferred payment option.
  • Can I get a single invoice for multiple items?
    We don’t have a shopping cart facility. If you need a single invoice, please Contact Us providing each item and the price. We prefer you pay for each item separately, as this is easier for administration. Items going to the same name and address will be sent together.

Returns

  • What is your return policy?
    Please Contact Us to discuss. Items can be returned within 14 days from receipt of item. Generally, the purchase price and return postage will be refunded if agreed.
